Job Responsibilities:
§ Launch and control new product development based on RD process
§ Organize and control transferred product project based on TPI（Transfer Project Initiatives） process according to global strategy
§ Organize and coordinate resource to improve product value design (material productivity index)
§ Manage the resource to improve product design COQ (cost of quality)
§ Assist PCN (product change notice) activity
§ Measure and control engineering job quality (comply with ISO9000 quality system requirement)
§ Motivate, train and evaluate engineering staff for job competency and excellent performance

| 任职资格要求： |
Requirements:
§ Formal Education : Mechanical, Materials or hydraulic bachelor degree or above
§ Knowledge:
1. New Product development (PRD)
2. transfer project initiation process (TPI)
3. product design change process (PCN)
4. six sigma and other operation improvement tools
§ Experience:
§ Machanical-hydraulic system design principle ,
§ 3 year or above mechanical-hydraulic product design experience;
§ at least design and be major repsonsible for one complete mechanical-hydraulic product system development.
§ Experience working in multinational valves& controls manufacture a desire, but not necessary
§ Leadership skill
§ at least 3 year management experience
§ Excellent English reading and writing capability; understandable English speaking and listening capability
§ Mircosoft office and project and e-mail software
§ Excellent skills in using Autocad, or Solidedge, knowledge in PDM a plus.
