| 职责： |
1. Manage facility & personnel resources to achieve production target, quality, turnout, and delivery and cost goals
2. Manage& train Production team; Motivate & manage their performance/ Efficiency/turnover
3. Ensure manufacturing sites in good order; In charge of HSE and 6S in manufacturing sites
4. Production planning & reporting; Provide advice to senior management when changes needed
5. Make and control production budget
6.Responsible for new product trial programs
7. Take the leadership on all productivity and cost reduction activities in plant. Lead and participate the Company projects.
8. Assist other departments to achieve company objectives when necessary
9. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by GM. |

| 任职资格要求： |
Above Bachelor degree in engineering or manufacturing background.6-8years experience on manufacturing background with at least 3 years management skills. Having experience in manufacturing industry. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal and communication skill. Training in quality system is required. Demonstrated ability to plan, direct and supervise several projects |
