职责：

  • Work closely with the Ford Manufacturing business unit to understand their strategic and operational goals, and determine how IT automation can be applied to support Manufacturing's business objectives.

  • Develop IT strategies aligned with Ford Asia Pacific Manufacturing's operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Lead the analysis of business requirements and work with the internal IT teams to define solutions.

  • Manage the portfolio of IT systems supporting the Manufacturing environment; including identifying what IT solutions must be delivered both in the short and long term to ensure Manufacturing meets their business goals.

  • Work closely with the global IT portfolio leads to influence the portfolio strategy in line with Asia Pacific unique requirements.

  • Build strong business relationships with the Manufacturing business unit. Represent Manufacturing internal to IT, as well as act as IT's ambassador assigned to the Manufacturing business unit.

  • Keep up-to-date with IT technology and process trends related to the Manufacturing systems environment
任职资格要求：
  • Excellent communication skills. Must have a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to build business relationships with business partners-prior business relationship management experience a requirement.
  • Emotional resilience-ability to thrive under pressure
  • Bachelor degree in IT or Engineering
  • Manufacturing process knowledge (experience in any manufacturing sector will be advantageous)
  • Prior experience of working in a manufacturing environment, or in an IT environment supporting a Manufacturing business unit.
  • Technical appreciation of a Manufacturing IT environment a definite advantage
