| 职责： |
1. Principle Research Manager (Electric Vehicle) - Overall Responsibilities: ? Analyze market (China) and technology trends to develop product/technology roadmap, and to develop an R&D strategy, plan, and a team to execute the EV program. - Expected Technical Skills: ? Insight into EV market development trend ? Technical experience in power electronics engineering (motor, inverter, transmission) and energy management ? Understanding of air condition (heating & cooling system) is a PLUS ? Understanding of battery management system is a PLUS - Requirements: ? MS or PhD degree with 8+ years working experience in EV area ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills ? Overall Network skill, team working skills; ? Strong documentation and presentation skills 2. Motor & Control Sr. Research Engineer - Overall Responsibilities: ? Analyze market (China) and technology trends to develop product/technology roadmap, and to develop an R&D strategy, plan, and a team to execute the program. - Expected Technical Skills: ? Power electronics circuit analysis and design ? Motor control theory and development, including vector control or DTC etc. ? Familiar with PMSM, BLDC, Induction, or SR motor control development ? Transient analysis of synchronous and induction motors ? Experience in real-time software/hardware design. ? Experience in simulation with Saber, Matlab Simulink etc. - Requirements: ? MS or PhD degree with 3-5 years working experience in Power Electronics area ? Work experience in any of the following fields: Electric Vehicle Motor Drive, General Inverter (or VFD/VSD), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS) etc. ? Strong interpersonal and communications skills ? Wide human network with the China government, universities, R&D institutions, and venture companies |
