Position: Chief Engineer Direct Report to: R&D Director Position purpose: ？ We are looking for a technical expert with the position of Chief engineer, in the design of antenna and other RF components for wireless base station system. (基站系统中所用的天线和其他无线射频组件) Responsibilities: ？ Understand customer’s technical requirements and able to work with product management to define product specifications that meet customer requirements with our design/manufacture capability ？ Understand how RF components work in the base station communication chain (Antenna, cable, jumper, connectors, ACU, bias T…), able to propose and discuss technical solutions with customers. ？ Understand parameters (Antenna pattern, VSWR, Isolation, PIM, …etc.) of RF components and able to discuss with customers regarding the performance impact of each parameter. ？ Has design experience in BSA and can provide technical direction to help RF engineers solving technical issues. ？ Can provide technical training to application engineers and sale force for customer support. ？ Participate in trade shows, technical conference, when required, to promote our products. ？ Contribute to the technology road map for BSA/RTD in China ？ Work with our global R&D team in technical exchange and collaboration |

| 任职资格要求： |
Requirements: ？ Minimum of 5-7 years working experience in the RF design or related field ？ Having Doctor’s or higher degree in RF engineering. ？ Be Able to communicate in both Chinese and English in technical field. ？ May be required to travel outside of China for short-duration trips. ？ Having the knowledge of communication systems and GSM/UMTS/WCDMA/LTE/TD-LTE technologies ？ Be familiar with Chinese wireless industry and understand RF requirements for components in an RF chain ？ Have the design experiences in base station antennas |
