Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals. Support senior leadership in defining and communicating clear responsibilities for environmental, health and safety performance requirements.? Provide leadership, support and technical guidance to the China regional leadership team, to assure programs are developed and effectively implemented providing safe and healthy working environments for employees across the region, and to protect the environment from the adverse effects of environmental contaminates and hazardous wastes. Develop and implement EHS strategy to lead the China region to world class EHS performance. Support the development and grow of a strong safety culture in the region. Manage the regional environmental, health and safety compliance and management system functions and activities. Maintain communications with Corporate Environmental Health and Safety colleagues and actively contribute to the direction and content of Tower’s Corporate EHS programs. Develop and lead initiatives to assess and minimize workplace risks and work with senior management, plant managers, department managers, supervisors and colleagues to integrate safety into daily work activities. |
| 任职资格要求： |
A Bachelor’s degree in a safety related field or environmental science, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of five (5) or more years experience in a similar role within a?manufacturing environment. Safety or safety related professional certification (preferred). Specific knowledge in several environmental, health and safety processes and practices and legal requirements, ergonomics, ISO 14001, etc. Excellent organizational, analytic and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong problem resolution skills, along with customer service and team orientation skills. Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work well with others in a team environment. Experience working in a joint venture environment. Must be prepared to frequent travel throughout China, and travel to abroad. ? Passion to achieve world class EHS performance. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Good communicator, both in Chinese and English.?? |
