Position Summary Overall responsible for building company brand and marketing strategy overseas. Key Responsibility & Objectives 1.Set marketing strategy for all overseas operations, including annual and mid-to-long term marketing planning, execution, and performance monitoring at both HQ and subsidiaries 2.Define company brand in overseas markets, design and execute brand strategy 3.Set marketing communication guidelines, and direct the team for all media buying and creative, including ATL, BTL, PR, and online 4.Build and direct the market intelligence function, from consumer understanding to market and/or competition dynamics, with focus on consumer experience 5.Lead trade and/or retail marketing, including dealer events/conventions, provide guidance and support to subsidiary retail / channel management 6.In charge of annual marketing budget guidelines and planning for HQ and overseas markets 7.Build marketing framework and processes as well as governance structure globally to ensure alignment 8.Closely interact with product managers within the portfolio on product planning, pricing, and product life cycle management |
| 任职资格要求: |
1.8-10 years (minimum) of marketing experience, ideally with broad knowledge in all sub-functional areas and an expert in one (or two) core sub-functions 2.Consumer Electronics (including Mobile, TV, Home Appliance) background, CPG (FMCG) experience is also highly desirable 3.Hands-on experience in emerging markets such as Asia and/or Latin America Degree and Language 1..Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred however not a must 2.Native English, knowing Chinese preferred but not a must Personal Traits 1.Excellent team building skills, genuinely care about people 2.Strong communication skill, is a good listener, at the same time can use facts, logic and charisma to persuade the audience 3.Detail-oriented and creative problem solving abilities |
