| 职责: | a) Recruitment Work with managers to determine recruitment needs and handle as appropriate, including initial interviews to narrow range of applicants Benchmark with employment infrastructures at group and other entities to establish best practice b) New Employee Induction Develop and manager a program to induct all new employees into the company. This program will incorporate legal compliance elements, reinforcement of business principles and HSE responsibilities. c) Personnel Records Ensure files are established and maintained for all personnel Ensure changes in status are correctly reported and actioned Ensure all legal filings are effected correctly d) Training Work with department heads to identify training needs; Establish a training matrix for all personnel and all departments Ensure training delivered in line with the plan, and report on any exceptions Ensure personnel files are updated to reflect training needs identified, and actual training effected e) Reporting Ensure all external reporting requirements are met accurately and on time; f) Expatriate Employees Manage the process of ensuring such employees have valid documentation to work in China g) Employee Benefits Assist in the development of an equitable determination of employee benefits, including but not limited to; Medical insurance Social insurances Housing assistance Transportation Allowance Ensure that all legal requirements in respect arising from these processes are paid for filed on a timely basis h) Communication & Coordination Represent JEDA to take an active role for the coordination and communication within Akzonobel and in outside activities with government in HR areas. i) Any other tasks that may be assigned at any time. (C) HSEMS and QS Compliance 1) Principal accountabilities a) Business principle compliance - ensure that you conduct your activities and those of your reports within the requirements of Akzo Nobel policies b) Health, safety and environment - foster and reinforce correct attitudes towards HSE, including but not limited to: - active personal participation in HSE programs; - compliance with specific Akzo Nobel requirements c) Quality - foster and reinforce correct attitudes towards improvement in quality - maintain quality records as required by the quality management system (D)Qualification Requirements · University degree on Human Resource Management or equivalent · Good English in both verbal and writing · Good computer skill, especially on excel · Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law and related regulations · HR work experience at least 5 years · Experience in muti-national company at least 2 years · Result orientation · Customer focus · Motive and initiative in working · Team player · Good communication skills and open mind · Be capable to work in a fast changing environment | ||
