JOB TITLE:Process Engineer - Lamination
DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
LOCATION: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
o Adjust the lamination machine based on product requirements.
o Reviews equipment process parameters to ensure all meet Best in Class requirements referencing BBP
o Ensures that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations related to equipment usage’
o Ensures the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs
o Assumes responsibility for environmental monitoring and ongoing performance of processes and process plant
o Makes observations and take measurements directly, as well as collects and interprets data from the other technical and operating staff involved to advise on issue resolution
o Plans and conducts technical trials, prepares reports, flow diagrams and charts |

| 任职资格要求： |
Key Requirements:
o Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in engineering preferred. 本科或以上学历，工程专业优先。
o Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Background with 5 years of working experience in lamination process.机械工程背景，在火焰复合流程领域有5年的工作经验。
o Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.精益生产知识优先
o Related process knowledge(Decided by plant)相关流程知识
o Problem Solving解决问题
o Teamwork团队协作
