JOB TITLE:Engineering Manager
LOCATION: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
n Strategy 战略
Executes Asia Engineering strategic items (PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, SMTE, DFC, etc.)
Executes local company strategy to support business growth
Defines site-level Eng Ops strategy aligned with global initiatives (Prototype, Testing, Analysis, CAD, Release)
n Set department goals 设定部门目标
Sets department goals in accordance with local plant and Core program target / Stimulates performance of others
n Develop Fabric engineering capability and capacity 发展面料工程能力
Develops engineering capabilities and capacity leveraging internal/external resources
n Solve technical issues 解决技术问题
Initiates resolution of key technical issues
Provides technical support within selection of suppliers and make-or-buy-decisions (ensure the cost-profit-relationship)
n Technology 技术
Anticipates advances in technology and plans appropriately
n Control project 控制项目
Responsible for projects in the technical, timing and budget areas
Approve engineer changes
Be sure each project following JCI engineer process/tool (PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, SMTE, DFC, etc. )
Approve engineer budget ( DP2’s, DP3’s )

| 任职资格要求： |
Key Requirements:
n Min. 8 years of working experience, of which min. 3 years on R&D related activities in a samples development, workshop management
n University degree in engineering textile or appropriate technical background in the R&D textile field
n Trained in textile industry for woven, finishing, knitting process
n Training about woven & knitted pattern
n Experience in the lamination process
n Experience in the textile industry
n Knowledge in PC software applications
n Experience in textile industry for R&D
n Experience in team management in workshop
n Excellent verbal, written, and visual English skill and communication skill
n Good knowledge about textile pattern is important
