JOB TITLE: HSE Manager, East China
DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Senior HSE Manager, China
LOCATION: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting all new JVs within East China to establish HSE management system
· 支持所有华东区新成立的JV建立HSE管理系统
· Provide coaching and technical supports to line management for implementation of HSE requirements, procedure and standards in the new business units.
· 为直线管理层提供关于新事业部内HSE执行的需求，流程和标准的辅导及技术支持
· Report, track on HSE performance, gap analysis and develop actions plan to improve performance
· 汇报，追踪HSE 绩效，差距分析，制定行动计划来提高绩效
· Conduct hazard assessment, incident investigation; participate in development and realization of appropriate measures
· 执行危险性评估，事件调查，参与适当措施的制定与实施
· Initiate and facilitate in continues improvement on HSE programs and management system
· 发起并促进HSE项目和管理系统的持续改进活动
· Assist in streamlining of HSE activities for all locations, such as information exchange, communication, benchmarking, translations etc
· 协助提高所有地区的HSE活动的效率，如信息交换，沟通，基准管理，翻译等
· Perform various tasks assigned as a member of China HSE leadership team
· 作为中国HSE领导小组一员执行分配的各种任务 |

| 任职资格要求： |
Key Requirements:
· 本科或研究生学历，工程类专业（环境，安全工程及机械专业优先）
· 能够在多元化团队中工作，并起到领导团队作用
