Duties and Responsibilities:
主要职责：
1. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in designing RF connectors, plus have working knowledge of other related fields. Familiarity with the use of electromagnetic simulation software would be an advantage.
能够灵活应用射频连接器件设计的基本原则，理论，概念和技术，并拥有相关领域的其他应用知识。精通电磁模拟软件操作者优先。
2. Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives. Failure to achieve resuls or erroneous judgments of recommendations may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve project goals
能够学完成项目并实现企业目标。如项目无法完成或对建议有误判，须安排其他资源予以纠正并/或达到该目标。
3. Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.
负责就基本事宜与企业内，企业间及外部客户的联络工作。
4. Provide resolutions to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope. Uses judgement within defined practices and procedures.
