Production Schedule and Targets set生产计划及时间表制定
Establishes production schedule and targets to meet the existing and projected sales order
建立生产计划,并致力于达到现有规划好的销售订单的要求
Manpower Planning & Budgeting 人力资源规划和预算
Ensures that Materials department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company’s business strategies
根据公司的业务战略,确保物料部门充足且高效的人力资源配置
Be responsible for department budgeting and ensures that actual cost is under control
负责部门预算并确保实际花费可控
Trouble Free Production 确保无故障生产
Coordinates assembly with others departments namely Logistic, Quality, in terms of trouble free production/assembly
与物流部,质量部合作,确保无故障生产
Be responsible for a trouble-free production flow and product quality based around 0ppm 100% delivery performance to customer
负责无故障的生产流程和产品质量
High Quality Control 控制高品质
Ensures high quality standard of products in accordance with customer expectation/requirement
确保符合客户要求和期望的高品质产品
Production Process / Layout/ Equipment Improvement 生产流程/ 布局/设备改善
Provides analyze and revises production process in order to optimize capacity utilization
分析并更新生产流程以优化产能利用率
Cooperates with CSC manufacturing department in order to ensure continuous improvement and set up best practice
与CSC生产部门合作以确保持续发展和制定最佳实践
Assists in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipments and techniques.
协助评估并改善制造方法,布局,设备和技术
Enhance Cost Efficiency 提高成本效率
Provides regular cost evaluation in order to enhance efficiency

New Projects Launch 新项目启动
Ensures launches of new projects, be responsible for proper ramp up

Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves Production function competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

People Development员工发展
Organizes, leads, controls and coordinates performance in the shifts in order to achieve plant targets completely

Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented
