Responsibilities岗位职责:
Working Procedure Compliance 监督标准的执行;
Monitors warehouse staff in compliance with working procedure and instructions, arranges receiving, distribution and storage according to the production demands, and ensures the correction of data and operation督促仓库工作人员遵从仓库工作程序和作业指导书,合理及时安排货物的收、发、存等工作,以满足生产线的生产需求,并确保物料数据及操作的正确性;
Monitors the warehouse staff to pile the goods as per the safety regulations督促仓库人员对物料的堆放应符合安全要求;
Manages special operations (forklift and elevator etc), improves the safety operation skills of workers管理仓库特殊工作(铲车、电梯等),提高特殊工种人员(铲车驾驶 员、电梯操作工等)的安全操作技能;
Inventory Improvement提高库存水平;
Monitors the warehouse inventory to meet the requirements of the factories监控仓库库存水平以达到工厂对库存水平的要求;
Improves the inventory turnover through delivery timely and warehouse management 通过及时交付和发展的库存管理技术持续提高库存周转率;
Logistic Coordination协调物流;
Coordinates the vehicle transportation, assists the material manager in solving logistic issues, monitors and assesses the logistic suppliers协调车辆运输,协助物料经理解决物流过程中发生的问题,并对物流供应商进行监督和考评;
Inventory Check 组织盘点;
Coordinates the vehicle transportation, assists the material manager in solving logistic issues, monitors and assesses the logistic suppliers负责组织协调工厂盘点工作,制定盘点计划并安排实施,并对盘点中发现的问题进行解决,完成盘点差异分析;
Supplier Management 监督外来供应商;
Manages the safety of the outside suppliers, carries out the safety check on their vehicle and tool对外来供应商进行安全管理,并对其使用的工具和料车进行安全检查;
EMS and Waste Sorting EMS及废料分类;
Cooperates on the issues concerning EMS and waste sorting 在EMS和废料分类相关事项上给予合作;
Continuous Improvement 持续改进;
Improves Warehouse competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高仓库的竞争力和客户满意度;
People Development员工发展;
Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识;
Assists manager in leading and developing the team协助经理领导和发展团队;
Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented (Applicable when have direct reports)通过提供适当的培训,辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估,接任人计划和其他人事部门的项目的实施;
