Supplier Output Tracking监督供应商
Tracks suppliers’ output forecast and follow up, delivers ordering, and ensures the suppliers output is meet program need负责供应商产量预测及订单的发放并对供应商的产能进行持续跟踪,确保供应商满足项目的产能需求
Customer Relationship Management客户关系管理
Be responsible for Customer On-time Delivery Performance, use the Demand Admin tools to make sure that the Customer’s order is reasonable对客户准时发运率负责,并且运用客户需求管理工具来保证客户的订单是合理的
Product Plan Establishment and Implementation产品计划编制
Be responsible for the Master Schedule based on full understanding of the factory capability, client requirements and order priority, and update according to the progress根据客户的需求,订单的优先顺序及公司的生产能力,负责编制项目总体计划并根据进程更新该计划
Follows up the implementation of production plan , analyses the efficiency and give suggestions跟踪生产计划执行情况,分析生产效率并提出改进建议
Customer Product Plan Tracking and Update跟踪并更新客户生产计划
Timely updates production plan bases on the changes of client plan, and informs relative departments密切跟踪客户生产计划的变动情况,及时更新车间生产计划,并通知各部门
Capacity Analysis生产能力分析
Does the long-term or short-term capacity analysis between the customer demand and our own production capacity, and informs relative departments按照客户需求制作长期和短期的生产能力分析,并通知各部门
Arranges a meeting to solve the problem and tracking the action plan if there is some lack.如果有缺口,召开会议解决产能问题并跟踪实施情况
Customer On-time Delivery客户准时供货
Reconciles shipment with customer, make sure 100% on time delivery 与客户协调发货,100% 准时交付
System Maintenance维护系统
Updates in System based on MPS, Maintains related data based on the actual production progress根据生产计划来更新系统,根据实际生产进度维护系统内物料
Inventory Control控制库存
Controls inventory for FG which align with the department KPI根据部门KPI控制成品库存
?Incoming Materials Tracking 材料的进货跟踪
Follows process related material's arrival status了解工序相关的材料到货情况
Continuous Improvement 持续提高

Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识Assists manager in leading and developing the team协助经理领导和发展团队
