Applies company Engineering strategic plan in project to support business growing执行在项目中执行公司工程战略计划，支持业务发展
Set Project goal 设定项目目标
Communicate with customer/SDT to sets up goal for responsible products including timing/ delivery and requirement联系客户 / SDT 设定负责产品的目标，包括时间控制 / 交付和要求
Set Project plan 设定项目计划
Plans engineer resources / timing and cost for projects and execute the project安排项目的工程资源 / 时间和成本并执行项目
Leading project Engineer activity in SDT 在SDT中领导项目工程活动
Leads JCI engineer process/tools in project (PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, DFC, etc.)在项目中领导JCI工程流程 / 工具（PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, DFC等）
Clarifies customer requirement in responsible product明确客户对产品的要求
Engineering benchmarking工程对标
Transfers customer / SDT requirement to design/development target在设计 / 开发目标中体现客户 / SDT要求
Defines components requirement (material, dimension, performance, appearance)确定部件要求（材料、尺寸、性能、外观）
Identifies engineer requirement to sub-supplier明确对分供应商的工程要求
Corporates other tire I supplier on engineer issue就工程问题与一级供应商沟通
Parts supplier capability assessment零件供应商能力评估
Technical window person for customer / supplier technical issues/ proposal客户 / 供应商技术问题 / 建议的技术联系人
Approves supplier sample delivery,( Off tool sample approve )批准供应商样品交付（核发工具样品批准）
Supports product verification activity internally and externally支持内部和外部的产品验证活动
Project engineer issues tracking and solving项目工程问题的跟踪和解决
Draws up ECR and tracking execute after ECO制订ECR并在ECO后跟踪执行情况
Controlls project budget within PD2在PD2范围内控制项目预算
Draws up PD3 if necessary如有必要，制订PD3
Technology 技术
Anticipates advances in technology and plans appropriately预测技术发展并制订相应计划
Solve technical issues 解决技术问题
Initiates resolution of key technical issues提出关键技术问题的解决方案
External communication外部交流
Communicates with OEM customers and suppliers与OEM客户和供应商保持联系
Communicates with SDT team update engineer status in project, getting necessary support from SDT向SDT团队通报项目工程状态，从SDT获得必要支持
Leadership 领导能力
Ability to coach, personally involved in critical tasks and lead design engineering team for program能够辅导，自己参与关键任务和领导项目设计工程团队
Support project development 支持项目开发
Supports advanced development activities / Support Phase 0 and Phase 1 development as needed支持先进开发活动 / 根据需要支持0阶段和1阶段开发
