Process Planning and Optimization流程计划和优化
Ensures, supports, and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant

Assists in establishment of plant IP/DP/FOAM/FOAM Tools process guidelines, assesses processes for their relevance, and assesses the adequacy of engineering equipment

Equipment Control设备监控
Reviews equipment process parameters to ensure all meet Best in Class requirements referencing BBP

Ensures that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations related to equipment usage
确保一项运作或流程的所有方面都符合相关的规定
Process Control流程监控
Ensures the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs

Assumes responsibility for environmental monitoring and ongoing performance of processes and process plant

Product Issue Settlement 产品问题的解决
Makes observations and take measurements directly, as well as collects and interprets data from the other technical and operating staff involved to advise on issue resolution

Technical Trials 技术试验
Plans and conducts technical trials, prepares reports, flow diagrams and charts

Continuous Improvement持续改进
Monitors modifications and upgrades, and trouble shootings existing processes

Improves Process competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
