| 职责： |
1) Working with all entities under Weir Group Power & Industrial Division to evaluate, select and develop suppliers in China per company's guidelines,
2) Managing sourcing projects to ensure timely process to shorten sourcing lead time,
3) Managing supplier and customer relationships,
4) Continuing to proactively refine supply chain for the better quality, faster delivery and lower cost,
5) Provide sourcing strategy and direction to the team, motivating and coaching the team.

| 任职资格要求： |
1) Education and Specialty: Bachelor degree or above; Mechanical, Materials or other related field
2) Experience: 10 years experience in sourcing team management. And preferred in multinational company is a plus
3) Language: Excellence English both in oral and written
4) Others:
a) In-depth knowledge of industrial materials,
b) Expert in using supply chain management tools,
c) Good command of procurement and negotiation skill,
d) Familiar with ISO2004/ASTM/ASME. |
